Today’s Workout – Cardio Pilates Home Workout

I workout at home one to two days per week because of my crazy work/college/parenting schedule. PopSugar is my current go-to home workout medium. The cardio pilates video below gave me the sweat/muscle-stimulating fix I needed today.

The first half of the workout, about 20 minutes, is a brief warm-up followed by cardio. I began sweating about 5 minutes in; not bad. The second half of the workout is pilates strength moves, mostly for the core.

This was a simple effective workout. And, it’s free on or YouTube, so you broke single moms, college students, or money-conscious people won’t spend a penny to break a sweat.
